UPDATE:
Likely ahead of an online and TV debut this Sunday at the Super Bowl, the third and final trailer for Niki Caro’s live action take on Mulan has been rated by the UK’s BBFC.
Following the official announcement for Fast 9 – which is dropping online this Friday, January 31 – this is the second movie trailer potentially mooted for the Big Game, with Disney always a regular advertising presence. However, they have opted to release a new look at Marvel’s Black Widow just earlier this month, leading us to not expect new footage from that during the Super Bowl – this possible extended look at their latest (and arguably necessary, from a marketing standpoint) may explain that.
We will be sure to bring more updates on everything to expect during this weekend’s game – airing February 2 on Fox in the US from 11:30pm GMT – as they come in.

When the Emperor of China issues a decree that one man per family must serve in the Imperial Army to defend the country from Northern invaders, Hua Mulan, the eldest daughter of an honored warrior, steps in to take the place of her ailing father. Masquerading as a man, Hua Jun, she is tested every step of the way and must harness her inner-strength and embrace her true potential. It is an epic journey that will transform her into an honored warrior and earn her the respect of a grateful nation…and a proud father.
Starring Liu Yifei, Donnie Yen, Gong Li, Jason Scott Lee, Yoson An, Tzi Ma, and Jet Li, the film is released March 27 in the US and the UK.
