After moving its U.S. release date from March to August, Richard Linklater’s latest looks to be set to get a brand new trailer courtesy of Annapurna/United Artists. The distributor has requested (via Deluxe/Technicolor) that what appears to be – given the indications of it being included on the next weekly shipment of trailers to North American cinemas – a brand new trailer for Where’d You Go, Bernadette is attached to screenings of Chris Addison’s The Hustle, which is released next week.

If this pans out, we expect the new look to land online at some point in the next week, so stay tuned to our site and Annapurna’s social media for more in the days ahead!
Where’d You Go, Bernadette is based on the runaway bestseller about Bernadette Fox, a Seattle woman who had it all – a loving husband and a brilliant daughter. When she unexpectedly disappears, her family sets off on an exciting adventure to solve the mystery of where she might have gone.
Starring Cate Blanchett, Billy Crudup, Emma Nelson, Kristen Wiig, Judy Greer, Laurence Fishburne, Troian Bellisario and James Urbaniak, the film is released August 16 in the U.S., with a UK date to be announced.
