Following a debut pair of teasers last November, what appears to be a new trailer for Pixar’s Toy Story 4 is set to launch very soon. The piece has been rated today by Alberta Film Ratings and Consumer Protection BC, clocking in at just over one and a half minutes.
Based on the initial runtime and the labeling, it looks like a brand-new ‘special look’ TV trailer sumilar to last year’s second Incredibles 2 piece, which Disney premiered during the Winter Olympics broadcasts. Be on the lookout for any sporting events on ABC and/or ESPN over the next two weeks for a debut; this new look is likely to play theatrically with The Kid Who Would Be King also (out January 25 in the U.S.), based on the timing of the classification. As always, we will update as more news come in!
Woody has always been confident about his place in the world and that his priority is taking care of his kid, whether that’s Andy or Bonnie. But when Bonnie adds a reluctant new toy called “Forky” to her room, a road trip adventure alongside old and new friends will show Woody how big the world can be for a toy.
Featuring the voices of Tom Hanks, Tim Allen, Annie Potts and Joan Cusack, the film is released June 21 in the U.S. and the UK.
Update: removed reference to now-corrected FSK listing which had the runtume at almost 3 minutes.
