Bleecker Street has announced today that the first trailer for Joe Penna’s Arctic is set to drop tomorrow, January 3. The director shared a brief tease of the first look on his channel, check it out below and come back here tomorrow for the full trailer:

A man stranded in the Arctic is finally about to receive his long-awaited rescue. However, after a tragic accident, his opportunity is lost. He must then decide whether to remain in the relative safety of his camp or to embark on a deadly trek through the unknown for potential salvation.

Starring Mads Mikkelsen, the film is released in the U.S. on February 1, with a UK date to be announced.
