A story that chronicles a tumultuous year in the life of a middle-class family in Mexico City in the early 1970s. Roma follows Cleo, a young domestic worker for a family in the middle-class neighborhood of Roma in Mexico City. Delivering an artful love letter to the women who raised him, Cuarón draws on his own childhood to create a vivid and emotional portrait of domestic strife and social hierarchy amidst political turmoil of the 1970s

Starring Yalitza Aparicio, Marina de Tavira, Marco Graf, Daniela Demesa, Enoc Leaño and Daniel Valtierra, the film rolls out in select U.S. theatres starting November 21, followed by the UK beginning November 29 and goes up on Netflix December 14.
