Alberta Film Ratings has rated the first trailer for Catherine Hardwicke’s take on the 2011 Mexican hit Miss Bala – which Sony is no doubt set to release online in the days ahead. As always, we will make sure to update this post with more info as it comes in!
Gloria finds a power she never knew she had when she is drawn into a dangerous world of cross-border crime. Surviving will require all of her cunning, inventiveness, and strength.
Starring Gina Rodriguez, Ismael Cruz Córdova, Anthony Mackie and Aislinn Derbez, the film is released February 1 in the US, followed by February 8 in the UK.
