After months of speculation, it appears that we may now know when exactly the first look at Anna Boden and Ryan Fleck’s Captain Marvel will debut.

A post on the Marvel Studios Reddit community page earlier this morning includes a leaked call sheet for next week’s Good Morning America airings on ABC, seemingly confirming the film’s trailer to launch – with an introduction from star Brie Larson via satellite – at the end of the episode on Tuesday, September 18, just before 6am PT/9am ET/2pm BST (UK). This info was backed up just a short while ago by MCU Cosmic. This debut follows previous recent high-profile Disney trailer launches on GMA, including Star Wars spin-offs Rogue One and Solo, as well as Avengers: Infinity War.

Given the nature of the leaked call sheet, there is a chance these plans may change but for now, set the date and time in your diaries! If Disney/ABC/GMA or connected official parties release more information on the trailer’s launch, we will be sure to update this post.

The story follows Carol Danvers as she becomes one of the universe’s most powerful heroes when Earth is caught in the middle of a galactic war between two alien races. Set in the 1990s, “Captain Marvel” is an all-new adventure from a previously unseen period in the history of the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

Starring Brie Larson, Samuel L. Jackson, Ben Mendelsohn, Djimon Hounsou, Lee Pace, Lashana Lynch, Gemma Chan, Algenis Perez Soto, Rune Temte, Mckenna Grace, Clark Gregg and Jude Law, the film is released in the UK and the U.S. on March 8, 2019.

Updated with more information on previous GMA launches.
