On the heels of a brand new title being revealed for Christopher McQuarrie’s Mission: Impossible – Fallout, it appears we have our official announcement of when the first trailer is set to drop.
Tom Cruise himself took to Weibo to announce that the long-overdue look is set to arrive ‘in 10 days’ – on Sunday, February 4. This follows the film’s official Twitter briefly sneaking a mention of a ‘New trailer Feb 4’ in their bio before removing it earlier today. As we mention in our guide to the Big Game, expect a shorter spot to air online during the match, with the full piece going online immediately after. We also suggest staying tuned tomorrow (Jan 26) to the UK’s BBC One, where Tom Cruise and the cast are guests at The Graham Norton Show…there’s a chance they may bring an early peek (UPDATED with a clip of Cruise sharing the trailer launch details, as well as two trailer teases).

Starring Tom Cruise, Henry Cavill, Simon Pegg, Rebecca Ferguson, Ving Rhames, Sean Harris, Angela Bassett, Vanessa Kirby, Michelle Monaghan, Alec Baldwin, Wes Bentley and Frederick Schmidt, the film is released July 26 in the UK, and July 27 in the United States.
