Just as the blogosphere has been crying out about the lack of trailer for Steven Spielberg’s latest, here comes this long-awaited update.

The first look at The Post is set to arrive this week, having been shipped to North American cinemas for Murder on the Orient Express. We expect it to arrive online in the coming days, so stay tuned for more.

A thrilling drama about the unlikely partnership of Katharine Graham, the first female publisher of The Washington Post, and its volatile, driven editor Ben Bradlee, as they come together with The New York Times to expose a massive cover-up of government secrets that spanned four decades and four U.S. Presidents. The two must overcome their differences as they risk their careers—and their very freedom—to bring long-buried truths to light.

Starring Meryl Streep, Tom Hanks, Alison Brie, Carrie Coon, David Cross, Bruce Greenwood, Tracy Letts, Bob Odenkirk, Sarah Paulson, Jesse Plemons, Matthew Rhys, Michael Stuhlbarg, Bradley Whitford and Zach Woods, the film is released in select U.S. cinemas on December 22 with a wide release on January 13, followed by the UK on January 19.
