The wait is over – after months of anticipation, Warner Bros have launched the first trailer for Zack Snyder’s Justice League today, on the anniversary of the release of Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice. Without further ado, watch it below:
This new trailer is the first substantial look at the next chapter of the DC Films universe since the sizzle reel shown at San Diego Comic-Con last year. We suspect Warners will return to Hall H this summer, quite possibly with another brand new trailer which can then debut in theatres with Dunkirk.
Fueled by his restored faith in humanity and inspired by Superman’s selfless act, Bruce Wayne enlists newfound ally Diana Prince to face an even greater threat. Together, Batman and Wonder Woman work quickly to recruit a team to stand against this newly awakened enemy. Despite the formation of an unprecedented league of heroes — Batman, Wonder Woman, Aquaman, Cyborg and the Flash — it may be too late to save the planet from an assault of catastrophic proportions.
Starring Ben Affleck, Henry Cavill, Gal Gadot, Ezra Miller, Jason Momoa, Ray Fisher, with J.K. Simmons as Commissioner Gordon and Jesse Eisenberg as Lex Luthor, Justice League arrives in U.S. and UK cinemas on November 17.
