Daniel Espinosa’s Life is Sony’s film of choice to make a splash at tonight’s Super Bowl; dropping the due-to-be-aired spot yesterday in anticipation for a new trailer, which landed today courtesy of SPACE. (And unlike the “Trailer 2” shared by sites yesterday which is identical to the previous U.S. trailer but with the new March date, this is brand new.) Watch it below:

Life tells the story of the six-member crew of the International Space Station that is on the cutting edge of one of the most important discoveries in human history: the first evidence of extraterrestrial life on Mars. As the crew begins to conduct research, their methods end up having unintended consequences and the life form proves more intelligent than anyone ever expected.

Starring Jake Gyllenhaal, Rebecca Ferguson and Ryan Reynolds, Life arrives in US and UK cinemas March 24.
