UPDATE (27 Jan): We received word Wednesday that the ‘Trailer S’ rated by the BBFC earlier this week isn’t new – that it’s just a U-rated version of the teaser trailer from last May (which was initially rated PG).

However, just on the heels of that, cast members including Ian McKellen and Luke Evans dropped the news on social media that there is indeed a brand new final trailer arriving online this Monday. We will be sure to have it here as soon as it goes live.

Disney also announced that a special 8-minute sneak peek at the film will show exclusively at Disney Parks in the U.S., including Walt Disney World. Head to the Disney Parks site for more info.

Original post follows:

We’ve already had a teaser and a full trailer for Bill Condon’s live-action retelling of Beauty And The Beast – but with the TV spot campaign in full swing, including a special look that debuted at this year’s Golden Globes, we were wondering whether we’d get one more substantial look at the film.

Now it looks like we just might – the BBFC have rated a supposedly new ‘Trailer S’, which clocks in at exactly 90 seconds, and will come to theatres in 2D and 3D. For those keeping track of UK ratings – the first teaser trailer was labeled ‘Trailer A’, with the latest trailer from November labeled ‘Trailer B’ and a shorter 90-second version of that labeled ‘Trailer C’. The ‘Trailer S’ label does suggest that it will indeed be a new trailer, so stay tuned and we will update as we hear more. We definitely expect a spot at the Super Bowl in just under two weeks, so maybe like with The Jungle Book last year, we’ll get a spot accompanied by a new trailer.

Beauty and the Beast is the fantastic journey of Belle, a bright, beautiful and independent young woman who is taken prisoner by a beast in his castle. Despite her fears, she befriends the castle’s enchanted staff and learns to look beyond the Beast’s hideous exterior and realize the kind heart and soul of the true Prince within.

Starring Emma Watson as Belle; Dan Stevens as the Beast; as well as featuring Luke Evans, Josh Gad, Ewan McGregor, Stanley Tucci, Ian McKellen and Emma Thompson, Beauty And The Beast is released March 17 in the UK and the U.S.. See the latest trailer below:
